Fresh pizza making class in Naples
The real Neapolitan technique, taught in a real Neapolitan kitchen. Stretch your own dough, top it your way, watch it go into a wood-fired oven.
What to expect
Naples invented pizza, and the technique is different from what most people learn abroad — the way the dough is stretched by hand, never rolled, and the short, intense bake in a wood-fired oven. You'll work your own dough, choose your toppings, and watch it go in and come out in a couple of minutes.
The class ends with everyone eating what they made, straight from the oven.
Good for a fun afternoon with friends, a family activity, or a hands-on alternative to a standard restaurant meal.
On request, any time of year — not limited to America's Cup dates.

Tell me your dates and group size, and I'll put together a plan — solo travellers, couples, and groups all welcome.
