Learn to make pasta by hand with a local chef, then sit down to eat what you made. A relaxed, hands-on afternoon — no experience needed.

Freshly made orecchiette pasta, shaped by hand

What to expect

Fresh pasta being filled by hand in a Naples kitchen

Flour, eggs, and your hands — that's really all it takes. You'll learn to mix and knead the dough, then roll and shape it into one of the classic southern Italian forms, guided step by step by a local chef in a real Neapolitan kitchen. No previous experience is expected, and the pace stays relaxed throughout.

Once the pasta is made, it's cooked and served — you sit down and eat what you just created, usually with a glass of wine alongside.

A good fit for couples, friends travelling together, or families with older children.

On request, any time of year — not limited to America's Cup dates.

Do I need any cooking experience?

None at all. The class is built for complete beginners, and the pace adjusts to the group.

How long does it last?

Similar to my food tour, typically around 2.5 to 3 hours, including the shared meal at the end.

Can this be private, or is it a group class?

Both are possible — tell me your group size and I'll arrange the right format.
